Dr. Ron Allchin founded Biblical Counseling Center in 1989 and still counsels actively and trains students all around the world. He earned his Doctorate in Westminster Seminary in Biblical Counseling and has served as a Fellow with ACBC for several decades. He regularly speaks and trains on Biblical Counseling topics.

Tim Allchin oversees the team of counselors and training staff at BCC. He served in pastoral ministry for 14 years overseeing students and counseling/recovery programs before transitioning to the Biblical Counseling Center. He speaks regularly in churches around the United States on family counseling topics. He is married with two college age sons.
Tim holds a Doctor of Ministry with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling from Central Baptist Theological Seminary. Currently, BCC is working with churches in more than 20 states and 15 countries to help them develop lay biblical counseling teams.
